Privacy Policy

The privacy of your data is important to us.  This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the privacy practices of Ultrasound AI, Inc. (“Ultrasound AI”) including those policies applicable to the services, and includes the types of information collected and how it may be used.  

The Capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy shall have the meanings attributed to them in our Terms of Service (the “Terms”), which is incorporate herein.

1. Information Collected.  We collect information about how you use the Site . We may collect such information by using commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies and similar technologies, and our servers may collect additional information when you are logged into the website or using the Services. Such information may be anonymous or it may be associated with you. We may also collect information that your browser or device typically sends to our servers when you use our website. For example, your browser may provide your IP address, which may tell us generally where you are located, and the type of browser and device you are using, or other information such as the actions you take on the Site, or the page that led you to our website. More information about the use of cookies and similar technologies is provided below.   All the information we collect, including the above information we collect from you and other users, will collectively be referred to as “User Data”.

2. Information Use. We may use User Data for marketing purposes, to operate and improve our Site or products, and to create new offerings. User Data may also be used to provide personalized information about available services and other offerings from Ultrasound AI, Inc. and our partners.   

3. Additional Information about Cookies. Ultrasound AI, Inc. uses cookies to make interactions with the Site easier and they allow us to provide more meaningful communications. When you visit the Site, Ultrasound AI’s servers send a cookie to your computer. Ultrasound AI, Inc. uses cookies that are session-based and persistent-based. Session based cookies exist only during one session and disappear from your computer when you close your browser software or turn off your computer. 4. Web Beacons and IP Addresses. We use web beacons alone or in conjunction with cookies to compile information about your usage of the Services and interaction with emails from Ultrasound AI. Web beacons are electronic transmissions that can recognize certain types of information on your computer, such as cookies, or when you viewed a particular web page. We use the information from web beacons to operate and improve our services and our email communications, and to provide you with information about Ultrasound AI, Inc. and our Services or and our partner’s services. For example, Ultrasound AI, Inc. uses IP addresses to monitor the geographic regions from which users navigate the Site.

5. Third Party Cookies. We may engage third parties to track and analyse usage and statistical information from users who visit the Site. Ultrasound AI, Inc. may also use other third-party cookies to track the performance of advertisements. The information provided to third parties does not include personal information, but this information may be re-associated with personal information after Ultrasound AI, Inc. receives it. Ultrasound AI, Inc. may also contract with third-party advertising networks that collect IP addresses and other web site navigational information on the Site and within emails and on third-party web sites. 6. Public Forums. We may provide bulletin boards, blogs, chat rooms, or other forums, directly on the Site or via third-party services. Any personal information you choose to submit in such a forum may be read, collected, or used by others who visit these forums, and that information could be used to send you unsolicited messages. Ultrasound AI, Inc. is not responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these forums or any unsolicited messages that could result from your use of them. Ultrasound AI, Inc. reserves the right (but is not obligated) to do any or all of the following regarding Public Forums, at its sole discretion: (a) record the dialogue in public chat rooms; (b) investigate an allegation that a communication conforms to the Terms and determine in its sole discretion to remove or request the removal of the communication; (c) remove communications which are inappropriate, abusive, illegal, or disruptive, or that otherwise fail to conform with the Terms or this Privacy Policy; (d) terminate a user’s access to any or all Public Areas and or the Site at any time; (e) monitor, edit, or disclose any communication in the Public Areas; (f) edit or delete any communication posted on the Site, regardless of whether such communications violate these standards.

7. Other uses of User Data. 

7.1 Service Providers.  Ultrasound AI, Inc. works with other companies that help us run our business. These companies, or service providers, provide services such as delivering customer support and sending emails on our behalf.  Some service providers will have access to your personal information in order to provide services to you on our behalf, but we do not permit them to use your information for their own purposes. In addition, we may partner with other companies to jointly offer products or services. If you purchase or express interest in such a jointly offered product or service, we may share User Data collected in connection with your purchase or expression of interest with those partners.  We do not control our business partners’ use of User Data, and their use of such information will be in accordance with their own privacy policies.  If you do not wish for your information to be shared in this manner, you should not purchase or inquire about such jointly offered products or services.  Service providers who manage credit card processing will store, retain and use billing information for the purpose of credit card processing on our behalf.

7.2 Required by Law.  Ultrasound AI, Inc. may use or disclose User Data if required by law or if Ultrasound AI, Inc. in good faith believes that use or disclosure is necessary to protect Ultrasound AI’s rights, or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or other legal process.

7.3 Your Rights Regarding Information

  1. Right to Know. You may request to know what personal information Ultrasound AI has collected, used, shared, or sold about you, and why Ultrasound AI collected, used, shared, or sold that information. Specifically, you may request that Ultrasound AI discloses: the categories of personal information collected, specific pieces of personal information collected, the categories of sources from which Ultrasound AI collected personal information, the purposes for which Ultrasound AI uses the personal information, the categories of third parties with whom Ultrasound AI shares the personal information, and the categories of information that Ultrasound AI sells or discloses to third parties. If Ultrasound AI accepts you request. Ultrasound AI will provide you this information for the 12-month period preceding your request. Ultrasound AI will provide this information to you free of charge.
  1. Right to Delete. You may request that Ultrasound AI delete personal information Ultrasound AI collected from you and to tell Ultrasound AI’s service providers to do the same. However, there are many exceptions that allow Ultrasound AI to keep your personal information.
  1. Right to Opt-Out. You may request Ultrasound AI stops selling your personal information (“opt-out”).

8. International Data Collection and Transfer. The Services are hosted in and intended for use in the United States. If you are accessing the Services from another country you are responsible for ensuring your use is complaint with any applicable laws, rules and regulations of both the United States and any other country from which you are accessing the Services, and shall defend and indemnify Ultrasound AI, Inc. for and claims arising from your use of the Services from such non-U.S. location.  

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy. Ultrasound AI, Inc. reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy without notice.  Please check our website for the most up to date Privacy Policy.  Your continued use of our Services, including the Site, after our Privacy Policy has changed shall indicate your acceptance of those updated terms.
