Andrew Newhouse serves as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Ultrasound AI. As Chief Operating Officer, Andrew brings more than 20 years of operational and leadership experience to Ultrasound AI. He plays a hands-on role in guiding the company’s day-to-day operations, bridging legal, strategic, and executional functions. Andrew works closely with product, engineering, clinical, finance, and regulatory teams to ensure processes scale efficiently, risks are managed proactively, and the organization remains aligned with its mission. Leveraging his deep expertise in governance, ethics, and compliance, Andrew embeds strong operational discipline throughout a fast-growing healthcare AI environment, combining strategic vision with practical execution to drive sustainable growth and impact. Andrew also serves as General Counsel at Ultrasound AI. In his capacity as GC, Andrew oversees all legal affairs with more than 25 years of legal experience spanning major law firms and in-house roles for both public and private companies. His legal expertise includes litigation, regulatory compliance, contracts, investor relations, and corporate governance.
