What awareness can change.

High-risk pregnancy affects more families than most people realize. The path through it is often complicated, often carried quietly, and supported by a small group of specialists doing some of the most demanding work in medicine.

Awareness changes that. When more families understand what high-risk pregnancy is, when more clinicians know where to refer the most complex cases, when more communities recognize the role of maternal-fetal medicine specialists — outcomes improve.

That is the work of this week. And it is work we are honored to support.
